santa cruz mountains. what we're seeing on the doppler radar, picking up the smoke, you can see the green areas here. it's showing the smoke, the heaviest smoke, and also that stronger area of fire moving towards loma chiquita and kasa loma road. if you can hear us now and you're watching and live on those roads, if you have not been asked to evacuate, you really need to think about doing so because of the erratic nature of this fire. when it comes to what we're seeing right now, 90 degrees, i do think as we head throughout this hour, we'll eventually see 89. check out the humidity. it's at a very dry 12%. the drier the vegetation, the drier the air. obviously, the faster this fire can spread. and that's what we have seen this afternoon. the other thing of note here is the wind. we have seen a change to the south-southwest at 6 miles per hour. a little bit of a direction until change that could blow some of this smoke towards morgan hill. maybe also in the south santa clara valley. that's something to keep
