let's talk about the flood warning cydney was just discussing.ydney touched on this but one of the concerns is when it starts to break up the down stream of the current flood zone could become the next one at least through wednesday. this is through tuesday and we continue to watch tuesday night and the flood stage of the river there. we had partly cloudy conditions all day long and now under first alert. look to the west, a storm moving about to our direction. as it moves through it will slowly pump snow in our neighborhoods. it will be a snow mover and very light snow. they issued that alert over the entire area. this will start at 6:00 a.m. wednesday morning to 2:00 in the afternoon. not everyone will see snow then entire period. it will be a neighborhood by neighborhood breakdown. berks county, looking at slippery commutes likely, looking at commutes more than one because neighborhoods will see the brunt at different times. only at 32 degrees in philadelphia, 28 here and overnight it will settle in perfect conditions for it to start. the snow
