(justine) alto are looking for a man who attacked a woman on a neighborhood sidewalk. the woman told police she was walking south on castilleja avenue when a man came from behind and put his hand over her mouth. he then pushed her into the bushes. she was able to scream for help, despite being punched in the face. the man ran away when neighbors came outside. police using dogs were unable to find the man. (justine) a fairfield babysitter was found guilty of felony child abuse for throwing a 5-month-old boy .. who was in her care. 28 year old chloe alexandra james was babysitting the infant in june of 2016, when she threw the boy onto a couch. the baby bounced off the couch and hit his head on a brick fireplace, suffering three skull fractures. he had extensive surgery but has since healed from his injuries. a jury found james guilty of child abuse and personally inflicting great bodily injury to a child under five years old. james will be sentenced in february and faces up to 18 years
