police are preparing to arraign him and charge him in darby township.his is the video of the suspect after he was processed in ridley township. he was in a hospital gown. several police departments were called to the mohawk apartments for a suicidal man. officers were speaking through the door he fired several shots through the front door hitting the officer in the chest and the leg. authorities say hanley was wearing a bullet proof vest which deflected the shots to the chest. he was pulled to safety by other officers, the standoff happened for an hour, the suspect was shot in the elbow before he was taken into custody. for safety reasons, the apartment building was evacuated during the standoff as the police took the suspect into custody. folks who live near mohawk mannor say was a long and wild night. >> i saw the flashing lights, i said somebody broke the glass on the apartment at that second door. the next thing i know some of them go to that, they barricade those doors, he was barricaded inside the apartment building. >> now we've learned that offi
