both philadelphia and upper darby. thirty-one year-old brittany law and her sister were picked up in the boyar nightclub in the 1200 block of saint james street in center city. the next stop sunoco gas station on the 8200 block of west chester pike in upper darby was where law's sister got out of the car. that is when driver took off leaving system behind. driver stopped again at 7-eleven in the 100 block of champlost street taking her cell even if and credit card before forcing her out of the car at which point she called the police. we have a situation in upper darby.e have a reporter at the scene there has been a train collision at 69th street terminal. lauren johnson is there with the breaking details, lauren. >> reporter: good morning, karen. forty-two people injured in the train crash and you can see here at 69th street station it looks like train in question is still here but we are hearing witnesses say response and recovery was quick and efficient. trains back on track running again while septa conducts an investigation into exactly what happened. around 12:15 an inbound norristown train came in the 69th street station, slammed in an unoccupied train car and that impact signalled a mass casualty response with fire, e ms, as agencies working quickly to rescue passengers. advanced life support responded to get those critical patients quick care. one man on that train described what happened to him and what he saw. >> my face hit the wall, put a big hole in the wall and i went straight downey blacked out. it was loud. it hurt, but i cannot tell
