fox 29's dave schratwieser is live in fbi headquarters tonight with what we've learned. dave? >> reporter: iain, this stems from the arrest last month of a 15-year-old south jersey boy who apparently had plotted or was in the process of plotting attack on the pope when he visits here in 11 days. according to fbi and federal sources this was an isis inspired plan. it did include discussions about using guns and explosives. it was in its infancy. we're told the young man did not have the resources or the money to carry out any of this but he was discussing it on social media sites and on the internet. that's why it drew attention. it has been described as aspiration al in nature. not operational. a few minutes ago we spoke with police commissioner charles ramsay about what he knew about the plan and he says as far as he's concerned reports about this are overblown. >> i was made by the fbi over a month ago that there was an investigation they had in south jersey. i didn't think much it because there was no follow-up conversation around it whatever it was had been pretty much tak
