dave: that is a key question.the takeaways from covid, i'm not saying something a lot of people do not know, covid has accelerated the pace of change for a lot of different things, whether it is people choosing to retire for people choosing to make a career change or it might be automation. the fact is a large part of the animal protein industry is still not automated. a typical beef plant might have 800 to 1000 people in one shift. if you're running two to three shifts, there's a lot of people in that business. i think what this will do is speed up automation, especially if hourly workers do not return to the animal protein business, we will have to automate. there is a percentage of the business that is automated. i have been in a poultry plant where the robot looks at chicken, looks at the size, and puts them into a package. over time it will accelerate automation. alix: i want to go to that plant and see that. we will have to set that up. dave: is in the u.k. so guy can go. alix: we should definitely do that.
