some gingerbread houses will be distributing toys to children with a partnership with the ymca, and dph will be out there with a vaccine and a flu shot clinic. so we're very excited to offer this to the community. and then after the pantry is over, we'll have holiday bingo, where residents can come and play bingo and get great prizes. so we're excited about that. our construction training program, the 19th cohort, will start january 6th. we are now at 12 candidates, so we're excited about that. we are also preparing to open our tax site in february of 2025, and we're very excited to report. over the last quarter, we were able to get six jobs through the job broker program. so that's really awesome. social media and outreach continues. we're really excited that some of the newer buildings are actually putting our outreach on their media stations that they have throughout their buildings in a running loop, so that's really exciting. i want to thank ale house for just reaching out and being great community partners. so we're i'm finding this very exciting because, you know, we're focusing

we were able to schedule one on ones with dph crisis services for three residents on site. we were able to assist property management with residents outreach for work orders meetings making sure they know these work orders they are submitting do not harm them at all. it is able to get all the maintenance on the unit finished up and completed. we were also able to provide five of our families with our community closet, so they came by getting different things like socks, maybe a good coat for the rain for the weather. it has been very cold, so we just want to make sure we have those resources for the residents at the office to come and stop by and we are also accepting donations for the said items for children, teens, adults, men and women, so if you guys have any type of donations we are open picking those up or make sure you have there address for drop-offs. we were able to provide some technology assistance with three residents on site just understanding some documents as far as edd goes and being able to access e-mails and different things like that. we were also able to
