winds at the airport and the winds at reagan national at 20 miles per hour and easton as well. double digits around the entire state around the northwest and that's bringing in cooler air settling in for us over the next five days or so. it will take a while for the temperatures to reflect a shift in the wind. we'll be below average for the weekend week and the wind gusts over the next hour or so. 33 miles per hour wind gusts and 21 in oakland and 26 on the shore. we're tapping into cooler air around us. 45 around detroit and 57 in chicago and these are areas where the temperatures were 20 degrees highier. that's allowing the colder air to move in and this time of the year, it's chilly and the front is clearing the area and the rain to the south and east. we're seeing more and more clear skies and we'll see more clearing tonight. we have a bit of cloud cover tonight and we have the low pressure system from the north and north east and that will funnel in low pressure from the area. that disturbance is keeping the clouds in play. we'll start to see temperatures gradually climbin
