throughout all of this barry bounds is expected to be -- barry bonds is expected to be in court today. he was in court yesterday for jury trial. by 3:00 there were eight women and four men seat on the jury. they will decide whether or not bonds lied under oath when he denied using steroids. bonds' attorney says the government doesn't have enough evidence to prove that bonds is guilty of perjury. now later today when the jury breaks for lunch, greg anderson is expected to show up in court. he's one of 50 witnesses called by the government to testify in this case. he has said in the past he will not cooperate. he refuses to testify against bonds. anderson is bonds' childhood friend and person trainer. anderson said he won't testify against bonds in this case. if that is the case, he could be held in contempt of court. he has already spent time in federal prison for not cooperating with investigators in the past. during the lunch break today we could see anderson being hauled back to prison if he is held in contempt of court. live in san francisco allie rasmus. >>> hillside in the santa

we are expecting this tsunami to hit. it began about 2 to 3 feet high at around 8 minutes after 8:00 this morning. the tsunami is imminent. but what kind of damage it's going to create, it's not looking like that's going to be very serious. coastal flooding, some issues on the beaches and low-lying areas, marinas and harbors. but the main problem is going to be just the repeated hitting of this surge of energy if that does indeed materialize. we are expecting an initial surge and then a series of about 3 to 5 surges to follow. the good news is that the energy generally drops off when it gets inside the bay. that's why things here in san francisco are looking less serious than, say, down in pacifica, where we have been reporting from all morning, as well. but police keeping people away from the area. they are saying if you live in the sunset or richmond districts, which are very close to the coast here, you'ree fine. no need to evacuate, just stay off the beaches. police have been patrolling the great highway making sure n
