organizers say hundreds of people stopped by today's expo. one developer is hoping to help take a little better care of dubuque's disabled veterans. that could include turning an old school into a new home for them. that's next here on your 24 hour news source, kcrg t-v full circle communities, which is a chicago organization, wants to turn the old st. patrick's elementary school into a set of apartments for those veterans. they will present that plan to the dubuque city zoning board tomorrow. kcrg-tv9's katie wiedemann joins us now. katie, what is all part of this the group says they want to renovate the old building to help veterans have a place to live. it would serve as a small community for people who have so much in common. if the zoning board approves the plan, crews would convert the empty school into 36 units. 20 of those would be one bedroom units and the 16 would be two bedroom apartments. all of them will be built with universal design, so they are handicap accessible. the building would include dubuque county department for veter
