james fletcher is watching the warm weather forecasts over the next few days. >>james: definitely a little bit colder this morning. blue skies, clear skies over the oakland hills. we are dealing with conditions that are good. in some cases nine degrees cooler. you will feel that when you head out the door. here is a bigger view this weekend is going to be fantastic. we could get above the 70 degree mark. the chance of rain it does still hold for tuesday. as we switched to the satellite, high pressure over head. it is what you cannot see that is headed our way for next tuesday. by 8:00 p.m. on monday, the models have liked rain entering the north bay. as we advance the clock to 1:00 p.m., things will intensify. by 4:00 a.m., heavy rain on the coast line. all of this will gradually move its way across the bay. by noon on tuesday we will still be dealing with widespread rain. 11:00 p.m. tuesday night, it takes that long for the rain to finally start to exit the bay area. tuesday could very well be white. keep that in mind. that is good news. we need the rain. we'r
