hi, frances. >> hi, chris. good morning, everyone. we've seen some light rain move through the north bay and some of the heavier rain just about to make landfall along parts of the north bay coast. in fact the heavier rainfall, orange and yellow here, the precipitation rate is about 0.3 of an inch and that is starting to move towards the bay area. you can see it's just off the peninsula coast right now, moving towards the peninsula. so here's what you can expect. by 8:22 it will hit half moon bay, san mateo by 8:friday. and then closer to fremont around 9:20 this morning. so the heaviest rain is during the morning hours and then tapers to showers this tehere a look ath live shot. you can see those gray skies and rain clouds moving through. san francisco 47, mountain view 47 as well. morgan hill was in the 30s earlier this morning so i'll check on that for you as well. here's a live shot from mt. tam. you can see it's wet and pretty breezy. we've got quite a bit of rainfall through parts of the north bay. lots of mid-40s through santa
