frank marzullo, fox19 now. a kentucky garbage man making headlines tonight -- after his good deed goes viral. after 16-years on the job .. clifford gentry is somewhat of an expert on what's not. that's why when he and his crew saw an american flag out on the curb in lexington on wednesday ... he knew something wasn't right.
