and what's going on with the green party right now is a perfect example so first off-- the green party is not automatically listed on the ballot here... because historically, they just don't have the number of registered greens. so that means-- as of now... you will not see jill stein as an option come novemeber. to get her on there, volunteers collected over 86-hundred signatures this year to petition to put the green party on the ballot... but nearly four- thousand of them were thrown out by the clark county registrar... making them about 600 signatures shy ballot. they asked for those signatures to be double checked-- but that was denied... so now they're taking the issue to federal court. we spoke with the nevada green party co-chair, who says... if the court does not rule in their favor... you will not be able to vote for jill stein, not even as a write-in candidate... because nevada is one of seven states in the u-s that does not allow write-ins. if jill stein is not on the ballot you'll have 4 options in nevada. clinton, trump, johnson, and none of the above. the judge is expect
