>> a couple of things, greta.een problems with the stimulus package, and i think the administration would even admit that the money is not going out there as fast as they thought, so is not having the intended effect. also, the stimulus was sold as kind of the kick-start to the economy to get it moving again and get it going into positive territory, but the reality is is that it is more of a buffer against the downside, and we just cannot expect gdp to start rushing forward, with growth rates near 5%. that is not how it is going to work. that said, the congressional budget office said maybe the stimulus package will kick in in the fall of 2009. some of the things the government is talking about in terms of getting the money out there, and may not have the effect until year end pre-empt -- it may not have the effect until year end. greta: i know about 10% of the money has been disbursed. is it that they are just not doing it right? they are not getting the money out there? they are inefficient? or is it a bad idea?

greta: to what? >> to make it less volatile and to make it more event so we rely on a bunch of different taxes and not to just rely on rich people pay the taxes, going and sprinkling of the irresponsibility of tax revenues of around so you do not rely on one thing -- sprinkle in viet responsibility. that is number one. -- sprinkling deep responsibility -- the responsibility. also, we need a rainy day fund, so we can immediately drawdown from the rainy day fund. i think we need a spending cap. -- so we can immediately drawing down from the rainy day fund. -- draw down. this will be a good thing to keep around. some people think it should be lower, but i think even if you are at 5%, you will dig out the times when you have a 13% or more increase. you have to get the extra revenues to put in the rainy day fund, so in the process, i would also change that so that we do not bring up such a huge debt also and also deficits by people just piling on and going be initiative route making the taxpayers spend th

greta: why do you say that? >> on the last question, he was more animated and more passionate on that last question about the arrest. calling the officer stupid. i'm telling you, there is an undercurrent. i think that obama is largely misunderstood by many people. you look at his associations, the people that mentored him madder. we are finding out that he has a chip on his shoulder. he talked about health care and he never talked about the greatness of our health care. greta: gates is in the house and he shows identification. >> we don't know what happened. the facts are unknown and obama said he did not know. yet, the cops acted stupidly. look at what is going on. we have an attack on our private sector. this is a purposeful intent to destroy the private sector. we have numerous problems. the job numbers are out and they are up. the president of the u.s. does not comment on things like that. that whole thing is a set up. he confesses he did not know was going on with the situation with the police officer. that

>> greta, a great question. as the president has indicated, time and time again, he suggests that the middle class will not have to pay for the plan. there are a lot of discussions right now coming out of both the house and senate about a possible tax, a surtax on healthcare benefits. now, there have been all kinds of discussions as to whether that should be $250,000 or more, 350. the latest is now talking about $500,000 or more. the president suggested in the press conference last night, perhaps a million dollars or higher. so i guess the short answer to your question is there doesn't appear as though there will be a middle class tax related to healthcare reform. but, there will be no cap on premiums. so if you are somebody who does need health insurance and you will be penalized if you don't get health insurance according to some of the plans, you will have to pay for this and there will be no caps on premiums so you could still wind up paying for it in your health insurance premiums. >> greta: is it also poss
