now we were there about an hour and a haling a but doors don't open there until 8:00 in the morning.here's a map showing streets according to the blog where the siphoning has been an issue. there have been a couple issues in dana estates and crystal ranch. other streets listed are as follows peach place, florida drive and meadow lane. we checked in with the concord police department this morning and we were told by on duty overnight staff that they haven't had any reports that they're aware of. but of course there are inquiries forwarded to detectives and detectives should be in the department in just about a half hour. reporting live from concord, jade hernandez, ktvu channel 2 news. >>> time is now 6:33. well, clean up crews go back to oakland's lake merit this morning after a diesel fuel spill out there. they'll be laying down equipment to soak up the 40- gallons of diesel fuel that spilled into the lake yesterday. fire officials say yesterday's heavy rains may have flushed the fuel down to a nearby sewer gate. right now they still don't know how the spill happened. clean up will
