snowfall forecast first off, state college to harrisburg to allentown, know is going to stick there. maybe even on some of the secondary roads, untreated surfaces. trps are down near freezing. d.c. is 41. looking okay in the d.c. area. as the snow continues to move to the north that's when the worst effects will be this afternoon.
