some are two-year and some even lessev t than that beyond high school. so the big picture i think for a ohio is that we are in fact creating more jobs every day than people to fill them. so there's one answer and that is to make sure every ohio and lives up to their god-given potential. we don't have young people coming out of high school who were not on some pathway. we have really ramped up our career techra in ohio and puttig a lot more money and resources into career tech. the interesting thing is as i travel around the state and we spend a lot of time traveling around ohio and just talking to young people who are in career tech and high school students in seeing how excited they are in the jobs they can in fact get.we we also deal with this in the long run, prenatal care early childhood development all of these things we are putting a lot more focus on so that when these children do in fact get to kindergarten they are ready for kindergarten and all the way through. they are putting a real focus on reading and the budget i just presented to the gene
