this is a photograph of late released by morgan hill police this afternoon. was about 4 15 tuesday afternoon when natalie was called into his manager's office told that he was being terminated at that he goes out into the parking lot returns to his car where he lingered for about an hour occasionally talking with some other employees in that he came back inside the service department and once again was meeting with his 2 managers inside an office at one point lead a apparently pulls out a 38 caliber handgun and shoots xavier so dull at point blank range and then as the chief would describe later the heroic actions by the other victim. brian life tackle that the gunman there and tried to hold him off only to be himself shot and killed in the ensuing madness that lot of time for other employees to escape and to take cover. this of course is had a very a dramatic effect on the entire community and of course of the obviously many employees and the families of the victims. it was a news conference this afternoon, let's hear more from morgan hill police chief david

three people are dead in morgan hill. this is after police say a man shot and killed two people at a car dealership before turning the gun on himself. sources tell us that that gunman was a disgruntled employee.
