and a couple hours the hillsborough river will run green for the city's fifth annual st. patrick's day celebration. as lindsay menton, is the river o' green festival. it starts in about two hours. if you look to my left you can see the setup is underway. as we look at video from last year, there is a full day of events planned for today including food, entertainment and the dying of the hillsborough river. that is one of the main reasons tampa is race the sixth best place in the nation to celebrate st. patrick's day. things that go into the ranking include tradition, weather. we have great weather in tampa. another reason for the ranking is because the site said tampa has the second most irish pubs and restaurants per capita of any american city only trailing behind seattle. there you have it. river o' green festival. come out and enjoy the fun. as starts at 11 am. if you're planning to head down here, we noticed a traffic is getting tight. extra time. the best part, it's free. it's something you can enjoy. ring your family and children and pets. coming up we will tell you
