elizabeth holmes, we'll be in court at 10 o'clock this morning. holmes was convicted last year so she has not served a day in prison. she is facing 11 years behind bars for defrauding investors out of hundreds of millions of dollars. she dropped out of stanford back in 19 years old. she's 39 years old. now, 19, she dropped out of stanford and started theranos, which is a blood testing. company that she claimed with test all kinds of things with your blood just with a drop of blood. but it turned out it did not do what it promised. and she was convicted for that. she is hoping that the judge will allow are to be home while she appeals her conviction. she has 2 children giving birth 1 dot to one recently. so we're talking about a baby just a couple of months old. and she is saying that because she is a mother now and also because she claims she's not a flight risk, that she should be allowed to be home if the judge denies that and aria, she's expected to turn herself in on april 27th and moved to texas to that prison and begin her 11 year sentence.
