i want to stay on iran, you were set to brief the house democrats this afternoon, what are you goinghe president possibly decertifying the iran deal? >> i'm going to tell them a lot of what i said in "the new york times" op-ed yesterday, which is this is incredibly dangerous to do. that the president is going to toss the decision about reimposing sanctions and really killing the deal to the u.s. congress. but by decertifying, he's begun the unraveling of the deal. and that matters in two ways. if we don't completely exit the deal, we'll undermine our credibility and reliability with our partners, particularly europe who want to stay in this deal along with everybody else. prime minister theresa may put out a statement yesterday after a phone call with the president that she is absolutely committed to this deal. so our ability then to oversee the deal will always be suspect. because no one will know what our intentions are. and if, in fact, congress takes actions to really kill the deal, we won't have eyes and ears on the ground anymore to know what north korea, iran, sorry, what iran
