right now we were still favorable in terms of the humidity but not the winds and the humidity is expected to go down to about 16% by 1:00. now, the good news about that relati relative humidity, even though it's so low, by 2:00 p.m. and forward, we can expect to see some of those winds tapering off. however, the temperatures, they've been fairly cool overnight in the 40s and 50s and then if we fast forward through 12:00 and 1:00, right around the time when we'll see that lowest relative humidity, we're talking about temperatures in the upper 70s and 80s. with the new change and expected wind gusts, i'm going to take you through this timeline. you can see the timing and the date and this is the stamp for the next couple hours. fast forward through 10:00 a.m. and unfortunately 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. is when we'll see those gusts peaking. napa, 38-mile-per-hour gusts, santa rosa, 26-mile-per-hour gusts so this is when we'll see the strongest of the gusts coming into play, even down near san francisco as those offshore winds continue and come in, even gusty along the coastline. so right between

humidity is up, way up. on sunday and monday, the humidity levels were in the teens.seeing 67, 89. district has turned northwest at 5. 88%. american canyon is west. 90%. that takes a lot of the green valley fire smoke and sends it out towards vacaville and all the way out to sacramento where we're getting reports of smoky conditions. even yuba city, there are reports there. everything has turned compared to yesterday. system digging in from the pacific northwest. here is your wind forecast. now, watch how -- things really begin to pick up 5:00, 6:00 tonight. northeast at atlas peak. northwest santa rosa at 22. northwest at 20 at ronard park. it does not get near sunday night and monday where it was 60 to 70 miles per hour. the temperatures then were in the 80s to near 90 degrees. north/northeast and roaring. wind is not good but it is 20 degrees cooler than it was and the humidity is way up. expecting more of a northwest breeze today and tonight. that is why the smoke has moved out towards eastern solano county and the sacramento valley. because the wind is more weste

one observation 32 with 40% humidity.e knoxville creek northeast at 32 miles per hour much lower humidity. the same around guys oroville northwest. cloverdale all over the place. this is definitely offshore for most, hawkeye 18 miles per hour. the wind is northeast at santa rosa so nothing like 40 or 50. atlas peak 50 with mile per hour winds of 20. some areas hardly have any breeze but above the oakland hills 29% humidity. there is not much of a breeze in fairfield but vacaville has a gust of 12 miles per hour. as you leave the valley the breeze is picking up, healdsburg 48 degrees, cloverdale 46, we have some very cool readings with 44 at the concord pavilion that is very cool. fairfield at 57 and toward mendocino county 29 degrees with the northeast wind. there is actually a freeze warning along with a red flag warning as well but that is good. one more system will be coming down tomorrow for another round of a breeze and i will stable conditions. >>> we have a big delay getting to the bay bridge and is affecting the e

humidity is really high. this is more like a tropical air mass than what we are used to for october. the higher the dew point, the more moisture floating around. anytime you get about the 70's, feeling oppressive. we are not going to get a big break from the humidity until next that will be our big change in the humidity. today is going to be the worst. as we get into tuesday, it's a little bit better. wednesday and thursday, some slight improvements as well. but not really going to shake that muggy feeling at all for this week. a few showers hang on in southern maryland and over toward the bay for the next several hours, but that's about it. we will get some sunshine. with the money factor, it will feel -- muggy factor, it will feel closer to 90 degrees. tuesday will be much prettier. not a lot of sunshine. tomorrow, enjoy it. as we work our way into the evening hours, the clouds start to build back in. more rain showers wednesday and another chance on thursday. not going to pick up a ton of rain out of thes
