representative jackie speier was on the show yesterday and said, people have to take shoelaces out ofr these things. i know in your article you said people said he was in long meetings with his lawyers all day. and there was nothing to indicate that he was suicidal in any way. the sources you have been talking to, is everyone questioning this on every front? >> there is mixed evidence. he has 12 hour a day meetings with his attorneys including as recently as this week. people close to him have been saying that he seemed fine in recent days. last month he had this episode where he may be tried to harm himself. and authorities are classifying this as an apparent suicide. there are still so many questions that we don't have the answers to like when exactly is the last time he was checked on. he was not on 24/7 monitoring. but he was in a special housing unit so he should have been getting checked on every 30 minutes. but we don't know if that happened or when the last time someone laid eyes on him. what was his condition like at that point? there are a lot of questions in this thing. >>
