the youngest plaintiff listed by initials as jane doe, says she is still dealing with emotional trauma. she says she was 15 years old and bissell was her chemistry teacher. i was too young to know how to protect myself. it really affected my confidence as a young person, my trust in men. i did really badly in chemistry classes early on in in college. the plaintiffs say their main goal was to help protect current students, and their attorney says they've submitted requests asking the unified school district to buy software to track complaints, have more student education on harassment and reporting, create a reporting hotline and use $1.5 million from insurance for child abuse protections. they've persevered and spoken out and that that the community see what what was allowed to happen for decades at berkeley high and that they start taking real action in the future to prevent it from happening again. we put in phone calls and sent emails to matthew bissell's attorney, as well as the berkeley unified school district superintendent and the board. but so far we have not received any state

the woman sued combs earlier this month under the alias jane doe. she accused him of raping her in a manhattan hotel back in 2004. doe said it happened during an after party at the marriott in brooklyn, and that combs locked her inside a bedroom and forced her to drink and do drugs, and then assaulted her. but she wants to remain anonymous. a judge today said doe must reveal her name or her lawsuit will be thrown out. the judge said doe did not prove she would be in danger if publicly named. this comes while combs awaits trial in federal prison on charges that include sex trafficking and racketeering. the attorneys for combs have denied those allegations. the judge gave the accuser until november 13th to file a complaint in her own name, or her case will be dismissed. a family tragedy at niagara falls. a mother and her two kids went into the falls. it happened monday night at the popular viewing spot right there. it's next to the famous tourist attraction called caves of the winds. police say the mother, her infant and her nine year old crossed over

there are three john doe's and two jane doe. so all anonymous plaintiffs now the allegations are incredibly graphic and incredibly disturbing. combs denies all of them. but there are very similar patterns in these five lawsuits that we have seen in many of the other lawsuits. by the way, i want to point out that combs is now facing over 30 civil suits from 30 different accusers all five of these accusers claim that they were drugged before they were sexually assaulted, and the three male accusers all so again, very graphic allegations. but here is the twist. all five of these accusers, sarah, are represented by that attorney tony buzbee, who was just sued for extortion by that anonymous celebrity. so it is all related now, buzbee of course, denies those extortion claims. and when i reached out to combs attorneys last night they denied these allegations in the five new lawsuits. but they didn't respond actually to the specific claims in the complaint. they actually put more of their focus on buzbee, and they told me that these ar
