now back to you, jill. now last week in washington, we heard from president volodymyr zelenskyy and he told congress that the air defense systems were not enough to deter attacks so how loud do you think the call for other anti-aircraft defense systems will get now following this attack and i'd imagine more are expected during this holiday season. >> well, obviously, you know, ukraine wants as much as it could get. because if this is a regular thing which it already has begun, they will need tdefenses to protect from some of the drones used in the attacks as well. and the issue when could this end, could there ever be a peace agreement, president zelenskyy did bring forth a plan with ten points of it and some of them are russians pulling out their troops and reparations to ukraine for the destruction that has been carried out by russia, et cetera. and now, today, and you could see the organized answer, the foreign minister, the spokesperson for the foreign ministry was saying this is an illusion that this i

andy, i mean jill when and it gets his commit tee -- i got asked before i pop over to andy, jill, based on the committee's work, how many referrals do you think we are looking at here? >> i think there will be a number of referrals. the question is, not whether it will be donald trump, there are so many crimes that he has committed. that the committee could refer. there are also crimes against many of the people who have supported him. the question is whether members of congress will be referred for ethical violations to the ethics committee of the house or the senate or whether they will be referred for criminal charges. the other thing that needs to be in the report beyond referrals,'s legislative proposals. because i think we have seen that there are some gaps in coverage in the existing laws. there may be something that prevents a really strong case. because of the wiggle room that a defendant might have, those need to be plugged. the laws need to be changed and congress needs to make those recommendations. >> andy, i want to hear about what you think of all of this. when it comes t

jill, you've been expecting it for a while now.it be different with the recession fears really bubbling up. >> thanks for having me. we've been neutral on equities over the next year when we launched our 2023 youtd look we're expecting the s&p large cap index to end the year at 4000 really what we're looking at is seeing down side risks to equities near term our economists are seeing a recession. we don't think the market has bottomed near term you could see more down side risk to large caps than just small caps once the market bottoms, that tends to be one of the best times to overweight small caps even in the meantime we think small caps could hold up better. we think they're more adequately tracing in a recession we think if you look back at what happened in the 1970s, 1980s, typically you don't want to earn small caps going into a down turn. they outperformed during the down turn during that period which is a similar backdrop when the fed was trying to tamp down high inflation. >> is that because they get hit harder on the way
