i'm jon kelley. let's check in with meteorologist christina loren. it's one of those feel-good wednesdays, nice out, clearing skies. >> finally get to be the bearer of good news. the fog was widespread and it was thick. it took quite some time to see the break through the clouds. this morning we'll see sunshine right off of that, a mostly clear start right now. maybe a few areas of patchy fog as we head throughout the morning hours. the big story is i put the 70s on your temperature map. i'll let you know if that's in your forecast. first let's check the drive at 5:00 with mike inouye. >> we'll look at the roadways where construction has returned to the overnight reports here. this is 68 through the san ramon valley. el costa boulevard up to sycamore valley road and vice versa. both directions, a lane or two at times. but these crews not causing slowdown. that's north of 580 out of walnut creek. ly give you an update on the truck fire in dixon. but we'll give you an update to see if any lanes are blo

i'm jon kelley. >> and i'm marla tellez. this morning, an east bay realtor is behind bars after a web cam, set up by a 12-year-old, allegedly caught him stealing jewelry at an open house. christie smith is live in lafayette. police this is not the first time this realtor has been busted. >> reporter: that's what we're hearing. it all started with shall as , said, a 12-year-old girl who had her web cam on during an open house. apparently she saw someone going through her things. police made an arrest here in lafayette and now are wondering if there may be more victims out there. they arrested douglas john caligeno, 46 years old. they say he went through people's things, taking jewelry. in 2010, he was a real estate agent who used his acticess to lock boxes in san ramon and sold items from those homes online. he was then convicted of burglary. lafayette police put his picture up again and san ramon police recognized the man. a search of his home turned up items they think were stolen and a gps system. >> he had programmed in m

i'm jon kelley. let's check in with meteorologist christina loren to find out the weather is going to be this week. >> we're looking pretty good right now. it looks pretty clear. visibility dropping off in the north bay. as we head throughout your morning hours, the sun is going the shine over places like san jose and san francisco right off the bat. we're expecting temperatures today upwards of 70 degrees in some cities. we'll tell you if that's yours and maybe a little rain at the end of my seven-day forecast, we'll talk about that. first let's talk to mike about your drive. >> better news than yesterday as far as visibility. your forecast talks about that as well. we don't have the problems with fog like we did. but we do have the commute building over the course of this week. we see a steady flow of cars at the toll plaza. know slowing approaching the site. we see cash lanes seeing a backup. i'll show you where there's significant slowing. that commute is building. we're getting it back. sorry. >
