and how about jon ossoff? what's his identity?hat's not an easy question to answer when the sum total of your personal achievements could fit comfortably in the ashtray of a sports car. at various points, ossoff has claimed he once worked as a senior national security staffer on capitol hill, which is pretty funny because in fact ossoff was what is called him washington a legislative correspondent. that job consist mostly of responding to letters from constituents. in other words, he was the male boy. and not in a very impressive office either. jon ossoff works for a georgia congressman called hank johnson, who is easily hands-down, ask anybody in washington the single dumbest member of congress and that's saying a lot. back in 2010, just in case you think we are overstating the case, johnson, in a hearing which was on television, asked a navy admiral with deep concern whether the island of guam, which is an island, not a floating platform, might capsize if too many troops were moved onto a base there. watch this tape, you'll see

ahead of jon ossoff. wide count by just over 1,300 votes right now. it's a situation right now where ossoff is looking to the outstanding votes to leapfrog perdue, and to try to get ahead. and the question of, will it be one 0.5%, then this could go to a recount that could delay it a little bit. but that's the story in the ossoff race. in the warnock race, warnock is looking to the outstanding votes to try to build on his lead he has over loeffler. so where are the remaining votes? this is the biggest one, the biggest source of votes by far that's left. about 20,000 votes, a little bit less in dekalb county. you can see how the votes have come in, warnock is getting 83% 2%, ossoff is getting 82.5%. one of the biggest democratic counties in the state of georgia. there are just under 20,000 votes to come in. they're early votes, votes cast by people, in person, early. it's a democratic county, and that's a democratic group of votes. we expect the almost 20,000 votes to be at least 80% democratic. you can see

and it vaulted that in dekalb county for jon ossoff over perdue. d this is where it gets critical. we know warnock has won the first race. the only question is the margin. what about this here. ossoff finally has the lead. again, dekalb county probably about 12,000 votes left to come in dekalb county. we expect them like we saw, probably about 90% democratic. it's a reasonable expectation when call of the vote comes in from dekalb county, again that may be happening sometime in the overnight hours, that margin from the vote in dekalb county can climb over 10,000 votes sta statewide. maybe 12,000 votes. there's dekalb here and fulton. this is atlanta. atlanta area, this is the biggest county in the state. they have all of the votes that we're ghasting for election day counted. all of the early votes counted. the only thing left in fulton county 7500 mail ballots. and we talked to officials in the last hour, they told us they are not going to be released. the numbers from the 7500 mail ballots will not be about announced until later today and tomorrow

this is the jon ossoff versus david perdue race. of the vote in. you see the narrow lead there. 50.5% of the vote for ossoff, 49.5% of the vote for david perdue. again, too close to call, difference of just over 25,000 votes between them. this is the other senate race in georgia tonight. again, it is too close to call. 51.5% of the vote for raphael warnock, 48.5% of the vote for kelly loeffler. again, both races too close to call with just over the half the vote in in both those races. and we're watching county by county as it continues to come in. structurally heading into this race tonight, heading into this incredibly important focus on georgia, republicans had every reason to be confident based on the history here. since the late '80s there have been eight state-wide runoffs in georgia. republicans have won 7 of the 8. the democrat who won the statewide runoff quickly switched parties and became a republican thereafter. that said, joe biden just became the first democratic candidate in a presidential race to carry georgia since 1
