you had san jose there just over your shoulder. we've got clouds coming into the south bay right now. 71 degrees in oakland. we have partly cloudy skies. you notice though the seabreeze has picked up this evening which is the reason why our temperatures have dropped down a little bit from yesterday around this time. also 71 right now in san jose. we got the northwest wind at 13 into san francisco. quite a cooldown. yesterday we were in the mid 80s. right now 64 degrees. southwest wind at 14. also seeing the partly cloudy skies. bay area wide now we're in the 60s and 70s. still close to 80 down around gilroy, livermore. we'll see about the same temperature spread tomorrow but for the north bay is where we could start to see changes coming up as we head into later tonight and tomorrow morning. in fact, there is a slight chance of seeing some isolated showers north of marin county tomorrow. otherwise partly cloudy skies for the rest of the bay area and come monday reforming once again. you saw the clouds in the sky camera views. you c

a lot going on in san jose. the latest homicide on the 1700 block of ross circle where an 18-year-old man was shot and kill. crime scene cleaners left a minute ago with the police car cleaning up the sidewalk behind me where it happened. the report of the shooting came in just before 9:00 last night here. police found the 18-year-old victim with at least one gushed wound. he died at santa clara medical center around midnight. this morning again just 20 minutes ago is when the crime scene cleaner showed up, washed the blood off the sidewalk and removed medical gloves and gauze that was used to treat the victim. this is the latest of a string of homicides here in san jose. the last one was sunday before noon at an apartment complex on the 400 block of worcester avenue. a suspicious man appeared armed. an officer shot and killed the man. that was the sixth officer- involved shooting this years the third fatal one. that doesn't count as a homicide. it's an officer-involved shooting but it was the third fatal one thi

we're in south san jose this morning. this is where 52-year-old steve townsend will be buried tomorrow. here's how everything went down. one month ago at the end of september jeff pettigrew was gunned down by rival biker gang members in nevada. on october 15th he was laid to rest. he was one of the people and police say he and a fellow h, ll's angel got into a fight. that's whn he was shot. san jose police were on hand for pettigrew's funeral. they were not inside the gates. and department officials say they are going to be doing the same tomorrow. essentially follow the same protocol. but just with more officers. we'll have to see if this is enough to keep things safe. the major difference between their funerals, unlike pettigrew's, his funeral is invitation only. organizers say this should keep the numbers down in terms of how many people end up showing up at oak hill memorial park. they say they hope this keeps the situation under control. now townsend will be will laid to rest tomorrow afternoon. laura? jo jon? >>> po
