. >> eyewitness news reporter josh einiger just arrived on the scene. he has the latest. >> it's been a pretty rough afternoon for students, for faculty, certainly parents here in spring valley after this stabbing incident earlier this afternoon. police still trying to investigate it. according to a county spokesperson, this happened around 1:00 this afternoon. two students fighting in a hallway here at spring valley high school. one of those students apparently armed with a knife then allegedly stabbed the other one three to four times in the head. according to a rocklin county spokesperson, that student was taken to the hospital with puncture wounds to the head but it's not clear the status of the stabber, the student with the knife in this case. police and school district have not revealed any information to us about their investigation or any arrests that have been made. we can tell you one student hospitalized with stab wounds to the head after in the hallways of spring valley high school. injuries are not life-threatening. when we learn more infor
