judah and 10th or judah and 10th and judah and 9th. we do not have the exact address and the sergeant told me just briefly that there was a male, a man with a gun in an apartment. there were three people in the apartment who felt threatened. he told me all three of those people got out uninjured and there was a bit of a standoff with police for quite a while through the 3:00 and 4:00 hour until they were finally able to get that suspect detained. we don't know if he is in jail right now being questioned by police on the scene. but the suspect is detained. nobody was injured. and some of the police have started moving out of the scene here. but, still, judah is locked down at 11th here. traffic was stopped. you can see somer cas beginning to come through right now. but buses were being rerouted and this is a muni route across judah right here and we have seen some buses that were turned around this morning. but the cars on the scene here also telling me in the next several minutes that the entire street should be open and traffic should
