protesters plan to retake justin herman plaza. outside of this view our crews tell us there is a number of police. police officers are in the area. they don't appear to be interacting with the protesters right now but the city said there will be no camping at justin herman plaza. they made it clear they plan to retake the plaza after it was cleared out this morning. there have been 85 arrests. at of this point they have been gathering on market street. we have cruise on the scene monitoring what is happening. >>> all six suspects accused of killing a teen pleaded guilty today. martin navarro was killed in august. 5 of the suspects pleaded not guilty to murder charges. a 6th pleaded not guilty to being an accessory. >> the famy of a boy shot in the head in west oakland is plead with doctors to keep the boy on life support. hiram lawrence was caught in a spray of bullets tonight. today the family asked the doctors to postpone time. >> he made it out of surgery and now they are saying he won't make it but he is showing progress. >> p

protesters were trying to have a symbolic tent here at justin herman plaza.ined what their policy is about people sleeping on the streets here at justin herman. >> we encourage people not to sleep in the park because it is under reconstruction now we want the park to be closed so work can be done to repair the damage done it to. right now we are allowing this. i don't know how long it going to be going on for. right now it is all right. >> reporter: you can sleep in sleeping bags, not tents. as you can see, when protesters tried to set up a symbolic tent a few hours ago, police moved in to grab the 10. the demonstrators started running -- and police in good numbers went after him, chased him across the embarcadero towards the ferry building and ended up taking that tent away from him. where did everything go the 148 tents or so that were here at justin herman plaza until yesterday morning? there's about a $people here. there's three, maybe four dozen people in sleeping bags, no tents in front of the federal reserve at 101 market street. they are still around,

to leave justin herman plaza. they finally came in. last week you may remember the city of san francisco told occupy san francisco that they could either take a place on mission street or they needed to leave the encampment. since that time it has been wait and see situation. the members of occupy san francisco did not want to leave that spot. a majority of them didn't want to leave. some say they want to take the place on mission street. the others say no. they went with the majority of what was going on. police gave them a week. we can come back out here live once again. you can see there is a big huge police presence. i will tell you one thing right now. earlier you see the clay pots behind us? earlier a lot of people took these clay pots and took some furniture and moved it into the street. that is when the problem took place right then and there. i'm not sure what happened with that. after awhile the people of occupy san francisco they were in the street and beating drums. everything seemed like a joyous situation. the other incid

the crews are now power washing the steps of justin herman plaza. the number of protesters, there are still a few hold-outs you can see them standing face-to-face with the remaining line of police officers that are here guarding the cam -- guarding the camp as the cleanup continues. strongholds not backing down we have heard that the occupy movement is not going away because the camp away. let's look at the tape from earlier this morning around 1:00 police moved in and gave warning to the occupiers one protester said they got a five minute warning to pack up and leave or they would be arrested. some half of the more than one protesters did leave according to the police chief other than that police moved in, took down the tents in the end some 50 were arrested two for felonies. chief says two officers were assaulted one example was somebody threw a metal folding chair at an officer's face. he was wearing riot gear so the chair only broke his mask and he was not hurt very badly. however, we have just talked with protesters who claim the opposite and s
