k.t., how significant is this to take them out? >> look, terrorism is an expensive line of work, so they have to get their money somehow. one of the ways they get it is donation from people who agree with them. another way is selling antiquities. another way is taking hostages and ransoming them. finally, isis has gotten very good at taking oil wells, oilfields, oil facilities, and oil that may sell for $100 on the market, they sell for lower prices. they sell for $30 a barrel, and there are plenty of people in the region who are willing to take that cheap oil, mix it in with theirs and put it on the export market. until we sfop the mother's milk of terrorism, until we deal with oil coming out of the middle east, i think we're in a very vulnerable position. that's why it's absolutely essential for the united states to accelerate efforts to develop our own energy, our oil, our natural gas. we didn't have that option ten years ago. we do now, and the sooner we do, it the sooner we dreing drive down the price of oil, the sooner that t
