karen rogers what are the roads looking like? we've been warning people be careful on the ramps, girard avenue westbound to the schuylkill expressway we saw a number of emergency workers on the scene. watch tore that partially blocking the ranches to the schuylkill expressway westbound. the ramps and overpasses elevated can freeze up easier than the main highways. nonetheless we had an accident on i-95 shutting it down at academy. it's slowing in the area, 45 miles per hour. we had an accident on the betsy ross bridge and i-95. even though it hardly looks snowy out there, we nonetheless have accidents on the highway. oregon avenue, snyder avenue, the snow has shut off. we have snow on the roads especially the secondary roads, as you make turns be careful because they are slick. because of the concerns for the bridges and the overpasses they have reduced speeds on all the area bridges to 35 miles per hour. the new jersey turnpike speed limit of 45 miles per hour. >> let's switch over to katherine scott along the boulevard in north
