you will notice katie a said about three minutes until the sunrise here. thinks the nice depiction coming our way. this is a shot of the vine street expressway, the vine has been reopened in either direction between 95 and the schuylkill again, it looks pretty dark but there you go, the light ahead of us, and i say when the sun comes up, the rush comes in. it is 5:32. we will see the rush hour around 6:15, 6:00 o'clock even depending on the day maybe a friday, even earlier but vine street expressway is moving just fine. as we look at i-95 in the southbound direction still looking great around girard avenue. we may catch a little bit of the snag around the area of cottman and through the construction zones of both cottman avenue and girard but all and all we're moving well. we are looking at our mass transit checklist where you will notice patco is running on time. media elwyn has been restored and, unfortunately the ac rail line is still trying to recover from those storms. still suspended but new jersey buses are cross honoring so you do have an option th
