we had originally one lane of traffic for a majority of the morning. that's where a lot of these drivers were relying on. now chp crews out here have created a second line of traffic. now i say the word created instead of open. that's because they've used the center divide to have that second lane of traffic flowing. those four other lanes of the actual roadway here, three of them still closed off, as you can see in front of me, because while the scene is still very much active here, we see several of those tow trucks still on the scene. chp, caltrans crews on scene as well. and those big rigs here in front of us, too. let's go to show you some of the video that we captured a little earlier this morning. and that gives you a really close look at what this crash looked like here. this is what chp is telling us. there was one semi truck, a driver carrying a truck full of sugar at a high speed rear ended a second truck, a truck that seemed to be carrying what looked like metal building materials, all possibly belonging to a carnival here. those trucks, at
