they have done for every other candidate which is to issue a press release that says, we welcome larry lessig to the race. they have been silent about that , so their silence induces pollsters not to include my name and if my name is not included i cannot get 1%. and if i cannot get 1% they will say you have not lived up to the rules. there is a certain catch-22 that i'm a little surprised the party has allowed this catch-22 to develop. i am happy to live by the rules but the rule should be applied fairly. to exclude me from the debate by not including the in the polls is not fair. there are a large number of people who have rallied to my campaign in a very quick time, who believe this issue needs to be presented in a powerful way. if lincoln chafee is being polled, and man who i have lincoln respect for, chafee did not raise as much money as i have race in a month. i raised more than he raised in the full-time he has been a candidate, and had more supporters behind what we are doing, at least we should be treated in a similar way and we are not. steve: can you talk to cnn officials? prof. le
