a lot of cloudiness on our laurel camera. currently 85 degrees in laurel. the entire laurel beltsville area in the mid-80's. temperatures around the rest of the area holding in the mid-80's. manassas, 80 degrees. they water temperatures -- bay water cabbages, upper-70's. that is good news. it is the time of year when the temperatures do not tell you everything. add in the dew point, and you get a feel-like temperature. it feels like 90 in the nation's capital. 92 in manassas and fredericksburg. as you make your plans for the afternoon, we will get some sunshine at times. warm and humid. somewhere between 87 and 88 for the high. there will be isolated showers and thunderstorms. we do not expect any major lines of storms, but we will watch acting that pops up. settling and radar shows showers getting generated south and west of the richmond metro area. this is a frontal zone hanging to the south. most of the energy and potential for any sort of, you know, development of any serious storms will be to the south, but in this air mass coming from the west, using
