abc news, new orleans. >>> let's get the latest on the storm's slow march northward from leigh glaserleigh? >> overnight tropical storm lee just really exploded. a lot of moisture associated with this. it is just at a snail's pace moving to the north at four miles per hour. wind gusts to 60 miles an hour. let's step out a little and you can see on live doppler 7hd all of the wrap around bands, the feeder bands moving in toward new orleans and now moving to montgomery, alabama, and jackson, mississippi and shreveport, and all of this will continue to move slowly to the north and to the east overnight. rainfall potential, we are talking quite a bit over the next couple days as lee moves very slowly to the north, 10 to 15 inches of rainfall expected from this tropical feature as it continues to of move on through the gulf. no rain in the local forecast, but mild temperatures when we come up. >> all evacuation orders are now lifted in southern california where residents of homes threatened by a wildfire are now moving back. the fire broke out yesterday afternoon on the main artery between

now on to leigh glaser and your weather forecast. >> leigh: big lightning storm in the east bay lastmost of the thunderstorm activity has remained well to the south of the bay area. showing you what's going on in southern california. but, boy, from the high definition east bay cam you can see the fog is starting to move in check out these current temperatures. still very mild in the east bay. 63 in concord. 67, antioch. livermore, 64. 59 in san francisco. and south bay, san jose, 63-degrees. here's a look at the weather highlights. low clouds and fog will move locally inland tonight. mist and drizzle now the coast. thunderstorm a slight possibility. east barracks south bay locations by sunday afternoon, and get ready for slightly cooler temperatures as we head into the first part of next week. you can see the fog bank sitting just off the coast. a very strong onshore wind component and that's really going to push that further inland tonight. temperaturewise in the 50s for the bay area. 54 for oakland and sap rafael, but upper 50s to near 60 degrees in extreme east bay locations. here
