we do have utah street that is completely shut down between baltimore and lexington streets. and also fay yet street is blocked between liberty and howard street. for the best alternate route, not on green. if you are traveling along lombard, they are better as well. but of course keep in mind, they are a headache as usual for the evening rush. it is just a lot of heavy volume for that region and just bring your patience with you this evening as you are traveling in the air y. getting out of the downtown region, much better. in problem from downtown, avoid 695. that will just take 11 minutes. on the top end of the beltway it is packed on inner loop down towards park row but it is the usual rush hour delays we have to deal w. on 95, much better news. cars are cruising along up to speed. but northbound and southbound lanes, that is not the case a little bit further up. in aberdeen, there is an overturned car on the southbound side of 95. right at churchville road. that leaves with us route 40 as best bet for alternate. that's a look at your evening showers, seth and jennifer ba
