lisa. thank you. today, family, friends and community members will gather for the funeral of one of the students killed in that crash that rocked the piedmont community last month. they will honor and remember the life of jack nelson on november 27th. he and his two friends, sean dixon and krista sukara, were in a truck when it veered off a road and slammed into a retaining wall and a tree, causing it to erupt in flames. all three were in college, visiting home during holiday break. they graduated from piedmont high. a fourth person in the car survived the crash. they were pulled out of that burning tesla by another driver passing by in the east bay. now, a family run restaurant is reportedly shutting down because it held a ladies night promotion and had to settle a discrimination lawsuit. now, due to financial concerns, the owner of lima in concord says she's forced to close at the end of the year. here's abc seven news reporter tara campbell. >> reporter the sign on the door makes the closure clear.
