let's give you a look what that looked like during the daylight hours. you could see some of that water going over the spillway which the santa clara water says is normal this time of year same story at uvas reservoir where the thousand oaks campground was evacuated over precaution. there was no flooding imminent, there's a bridge that gets everywhelm there had. folks around almeden were treated to water at capacity. while others are below capacity, they're as full as they can be because of earthquake safety concerns. i have some brand new numbers for you this morning on the valley waters, ten reservoirs. overall the reservoirs are at 53% of total capacity, vasona is at 97% but one of the smaller runs, uvas is at 100% capacity, lexington is at 70%, that's the district third largest reservoir. anderson is at 65, but you might remember it cannot be filled up no matter how much rain we get because it is not seismically sound. with the rainfall that kari is forecasting, we could see releases at six of the reservoirs, so as you get out and trying to walk the

let's take a look at what we are looking at with trading underway.rally in equities is reaching a crucial juncture. what does history tell us now? are 18% up from the post-christmas rally in the s&p 500 but it has been a broad-based global rally. looking back into history on that valuation element is, of course valuation is no great tool for market timing but tells us a lot about where the resistance is to buying to take the rally higher. this is a great chart that shows us 2800 level starts to get a great -- a tricky test, looking back at yellow circles highlighting 2018 highs. 16.5 times forward earnings and that is the time people think, especially when we are talking about cloudy earnings outlook, is that going to be enough for component of the multiple, will that be enough to warrant the incremental buyer of equities? they could be investors themselves, given the extent of the rally, there is a lot of people thinking maybe we need something else, fresh capitalists to take us further in the equity rally. a lot of this rally has been premised on t
