it happened near the park boulevard exit just hours ago, lorraine blanco joins us live from the scene with an update on traffic and how this happened. lorraine? >> reporter: well, traffic is actually moving right now. one lane is moving. one lane is shut down on highway 13 near park boulevard while caltrans crews clean up the mess from that fallen tree. the tree was actually on the roadway before the fatal crash. there were two crashes. let's take a look at what the scene was like when we arrived here at 4:30. we were first on scene after the first emergency calls. we saw a 20-foot tree across the entire roadway. two different vehicles crashed into that vehicle. the first car with four people inside, crashed, got out of the vehicle and moved to the right shoulder. a short time after, a pickup truck crashed into that tree as well, went airborne and hit that car as well. >> we do know from our plim investigation there does not appear to be any -- preliminary investigation there does not appear to be any -- we've had other incidents where trees have come down either into the roadway or b

ktvu lorraine blanco joins us live with the clues investigators are following up on this morning. >>orter: police found the missing marine's vehicle in this quiet pacifica neighborhood. crews have been searching it since thursday but no one has heard from the marine in ten days. here's a look at missing 27- year-old joseph mchenry. he has a u.s. marine corp tattoo on his chest. he's 5'10", 170 pounds black hair and brown eyes. he was heading to a beach to do rock climbing and camping. that was on march 2nd. search and rescue crews combed the area all weekend but they are open to the idea he may be somewhere else. >> you never know if they are in the search area. we have a possibility to believe he's in the search area. we did find some gear during our search on thursday. >> reporter: the san mateo sheriffs department and san bruno police got help from volunteers in the search this weekend. if you have any information about mchenry's whereabouts you are urged to call the police department. >>> members of the california air national guard base in the south bay are on a rescue mission h
