not all that chaotic this morning, macarthur. once you make it here, you're pretty much golden to go anywhere toward oakland or san francisco. it's going back up to richmond. that's where the problem lies. at least that's what bart tells us this morning. what we're seeing out here this morning. i'll swing the camera around back toward the roadway here. a number of people get off this station. they're just finding out that they can't make it all the way up to richmond, or they can't even go to one stop over to ashby or downtown berkeley or north berkeley. so they have to come out, take a bus, hop on the bus and get them to where they need to go. normally when bart has these kind of issues, they offer a bus bridge and they'll take you from station to station to make it a little bit easier. but because we have 5 or 6 stations that are affected by this closure, they're not offering that this morning. so a lot of people are taking public transportation that the city would offer, or any of those local municipalities would offer to get
