as fox's madeline rivera reports, it could bring workers back to work as the company continues to struggle with the financial effects of the strike. >> thousands of boeing machinists could soon be headed back to work. the planemaker and its largest union reached a tentative deal to end a weeks long strike that's delayed deliveries of boeing's best selling jets and triggered layoffs. the union plans to hold a ratification vote for its members on wednesday, but says the new offer is proof that the strike was successful, writing, quote, the fact the company has put forward an improved proposal is a testament to the resolve and dedication of the frontline workers who have been on strike and to the strong support they have received from so many. boeing is offering workers a 35% wage increase, spread over four years and a reinstated incentive plan. the company will also increase its contributions to members. 401 k plans. but it's not a done deal yet. the union voted to reject the last offer from boeing that was recommended by union leaders, and included a 25% wage increase. >> you argue for fair
