senators mike lee, marco rubio, and ted cruz are sending a letter to senate majority leader harry reid. they write the only way to avert disaster is to fully repeal obama care and start with a more practical approach, and for these reasons we will not support any continuing resolution or appropriations legislation that funds further implementation or enforcement of obama care. already the number three gop senator john thune signed the letter, sources expect about a dozen senators to do so. a new fox poll reveals 53% surveyed say the law should be repealed, while 40% say it should be kept in place. lee says this is a critical stage. >> this is our last chance. this is the last stop on the obama care express before the law fully kicks in. it has to be done now, it has to be done in connection with a continuing resolution that expires september 30th. >> reporter: today, the president challenged the gop to offer a health care solution. >> if you think you have a better plan for making sure that every american has the security of quality, affordable health care, then stop taking meaningless
