kris. >> hi, marcus. one of those three people found dead in their car clearly trying to escape those flames but the fire just moved way too fast once those winds started kicking up. the bear fire is part of the greater north complex, a quarter million acres big. down to 23% containment this morning from 51%, and that's because of the winds. the u.s. forest service calling the fire behavior unprecedented. more than 1300 fire personnel are now working on this fire. the fire was sparked by lightning back on august 17th. it has been burning mostly in the forest every since. one supervisor is now blaming the forest service for not getting the fire under control sooner. bill connolelconnelly told sacr bee, they let this fire smolder for weeks. they could have put it out. we're paying the price. a spokesmen said they asked for more resources. if you look at the map on your screen, it is clear why resources are stretched so very thin. these are all the fires burning in the u.s. rit now. now, i reached out to the
