pretty crazy morning in marlborough. right now we are on walker street. and this does appear to be the hardest hit area in this town now. give you a look at the street that you can see. it is closed right now. a police cruiser is blocking off the road and right behind that, a national grid truck is here and they just turned off power to everyone on this road because just ahead of that, you can -- you can possibly see here, there is a tree. winds snapped in tree pretty much in half here and the bridge that you see on the road there -- they did bring down some power lines and this is what i want to show you. video on the road just about 45 minutes ago and you can see quite a mess there. most of the tree down across the road, blocking the road. it is still impassible right now and while we were here, one of the fire fighters on scene did tell us that some of the fires were still live at the time so that did create a pretty dangerous situation on walker street but again this is the worst of the damage a long shot in the town

this is a storm we are seeing a atlantic coastup view between marlborough and concord. right here that you find the tornado on radar. where we would be suspicious of tornado. this is the area. i will switch over to the velocity scan. this is what it looked like for rainfall. you are used to it. we show it to you all the time. when we get to a situation of spinning reds, we get this. it is going away from the radar site. the green is coming back out at you yo. when you have that lined up next to eacho especially the bright area, right in here, right next to concord, over fact, that's where you have spinning motion. i can flip this, and show you a 3 dimensional view. and what you will find here is that the red and green are going from the cloud all the way down to the ground. that is, in fact, a tornado. and what it looks like in a three dimensionnal scan on the live storm tracker radar (^) using the velocity mode. again, into the screen, out of the screen, and this gap here? that is flat to the radar. it's like a zero or an eye of the storm. that, indeed, is where the tw
