we've got 33 degrees at martinsburg, 39 at hagerstown and 43 at winchester. the ridge of high pressure is going to skirt its way out and open up the door for us to get that southerly air. tonight we'll see a gradual increase in that warmer air. fairly clear skies for tonight but still a little bit on the cold and chilly side. you're overnight lows, low 30s. i wouldn't be surprised if we saw some upper 20s to our far northwest. but generally we are talking low 30s across the board for just about everywhere. so as that jet stream moves to the north, this colder air finally will start to retreat. and we are going to get a really nice flow that's going to bring us into the 50s and 60s for daytime highs. so we're going to be at least some 10 to 20 degrees above the seasonal average once we get into the next couple of days. so i'm sure there's not going to be too many complaints about that. so we're talking temperatures about 57 degrees in dc and quantico. areas of southern maryland, they could see temperatures more into the low 60s. so don't be surprised if you sa
